JAMB Begins Candidates' Admission Consideration (Here Are The Steps)

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) as earlier promised, has begun placing it's 2017/2018 candidates for admission consideration into their prospective institutions via the newly commenced CAPS platform.

Below are the full steps to check your admission status on your CAPS profile;

1. Goto the JAMB Website and log in to your jamb profile.
2. On the top-right corner you'll see a drop-down logo "≡"
3. Then below the "Admission" tab, you'll see "CAPS" - click on it
4. It should automatically take you to your CAPS profile.
5. At the top-left corner you should see a tab titled "Admission Status" - click on it and your admission profile should open with your desired course and institution.
6. If you've been placed with your right course and right institution, kindly accept the offer, but if not, you're advised to remain patient.

WARNING: Accepting an offer with the "Not Admitted " tag means you're accepting a blank admission, which will automatically void your admission.
