Chelsea Football Club has today completed the transfer terms of Diego Costa to Spanish team - Atletico Madrid. The club confirmed this after sharing to their social media pages, and also stated that the transfer will be subject to agreement of personal terms and a medical.
The Brazilian was initially a player at Altético Madrid where he made 94 appearance and score 43 goals before moving to Rayo Vallecano (on loan) then Chelsea FC where he made 89 appearances and scored 52 goals.
